Flux Question, or not!!!!

I have a frreind of mine that has an 06, with flux 4.3s, stg3 floor it pump, running TNT-R with twins. Ok here is the question. Just a few days ago he popped the head gasket. Thats not the problem. problem is when they pulled the head, there was fuel in every cylinder. More on #6 and #5 then the others..... Is this a question? having fuel in the bowls like that? Truck starts just fine. Injectors have only been in for a few hundred miles. Maybe Don will help us out.............

It drops into some cylinders when the injectors are pulled out of the head.

The return circuit drilling in the head is full of fuel. It has to go somewhere. When injectors are pulled, many shops suck the fuel out of the piston bowls with a turkey baster or something similar to avoid lots of smoke on start-up.

sorry to hijack but i had wicked 150hp tips and could make 70lbs of boost with the rail pressure under 20k and had my stick repaired (2 bad solinoids and 3 had high return rate) and don made them into 3.8's and didnt change anything and it will only make 60-62lbs of boost any ideas??? Don?
i put springs in with the new flux but shouldnt have anything to do with the lower boost with bigger sticks?

Do you have anything done to the cp-3 to help maintain RP?

Well you cannot go wrong with duals. Any luck with some road test readings?

Going off of what Marco says about timing on the Smarty. "A more advanced timing will typically produce less boost than a more retarded one but that does not mean that the more advanced timing provides less power."

Is it possible with the bad solenoids and leaky injectors, that it was retarding the timing but actually producing more boost? Cause going from leaky, bad solenoids, 150hp injectors that could not hold rail pressure do to the high return rate, would make 70psi. To flux 3.8's that can now hold 25k rail pressure but only produce ~60psi. This is without changing anything even using the same Smarty SW. Checked for boost leaks used diffrent gauges and everything seems to be in check.

There is no comparison who's injector runs cleaner though.

I know there's more to HP then just the amount of boost but just tying to track things down one step at a time to get her dialed in.
