how much hp on a mustang dyno. In theory one would venture out and say 400hp <am i close?>
Then add a set of twins and a Smarty and shoot for 550?

My numbers are listed below.

Input would be helpful in understanding under 5

You'll have to find the thread but Mr Mills made 613hp uncorrected with a set of PDR twins tuning and stock injectors.

491 doesn't sound right to me, but i'm not the smartest by no means. i put down 501 stock turbo, clutch, fuel system. all i have is crazy larry, pressure box, and a brute force intake. and i know my 20" wheels hurt me some, that and being a megacab.

Hold on,, are you saying tire/wheel size effects the results.......Dude I'm running 37" m/t

Looks like more than a Smarty to roll into the fives

You dynoed your truck once at one place, take it somewhere else and try again. I have heard of people running the same set up in 2 different places and being close to 100hp off. I still think your rail pressure was low and you need to add a ajustable pressure box, it will improve your results. People have made some good numbers with BD twins, I dont think its a turbo problem. I think you need to tweak your set up a little. Give it some time you will get it worked out.

Have you ran the track yet?

I know you got a 6spd, but that would be a better judge of performance to me than a dyno. Just a thought.
