Any one been able to get in contact with John? He called me on the 10th and said my parts were shipping that day. As of today i have no parts still. I have tried every way to contact him and i have gotten no response. I hate to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company, But i also don't want to be out the $$$ waiting on a part that might or might not ever ship to me.

 

You will get your parts,I'm sure of that.Just be patient.I know it sucks to be told something and then it not go down that way.I sure hope John figures out how get his pumps/parts out the door with a quicker turn around.This is becoming a once a week post on here from members.His pumps are great and worth a little wait. People are probably gonna start looking elsewhere due to the long turn around.

 

I got a call tonight that they were shipping and i would have it in Wed. I guess i will see in a couple of days.
