First place at burnout contest(pics inside)
No trophies, but an icechest, a prepaid phone, and some other doo-dads. I'll post a video tonight, as soon as I get it from a friend (dead camera )
Needless to say, I was the winnar on stock-sized tires. Max EGT @ 3,200rpm (defueling) in OD was 1,400 pre-turbo. I did mess up though, I chuffed the hell out of the turbo, surprized I didn't break the shaft. Erm, I just realized I said "chuffed" . I meant "barked" it from 3,200rpm in overdrive when I let off the gas
Once the TC locked up, tranny never went over 150 degrees. Was no competition though, mostly transams, corvettes, and WAYY too many imports that had more smoke pouring from their back tires as they slid motionless as they tried walking it, then their front tires.

Haha, let's just say the guys who threw it knew about me, and told me to go last
They also complained that right when I was playing with the throttle at 2,500rpm full boost, it got so loud they thought their ears were going to bleed, and the crowd's ears were still ringing. I'd believe it, because inside the cab it's horribly loud during that time, I can just imagine what people less than 10 feet away heard.
*cough*I'm still stock though*cough*
*eyes darting around suspiciously*
