So, I recently dyno'd my 03 SO dually with mods mentioned below. Hit 426.9 (yes, I had to include the .9) My next step I think will be FASS. I know you need it to not run out of fuel, but should I expect a performance gain from it with my current mods??

I picked up 100 hp once I fixed my fuel supple issue. You will see something.

Tommyguns SO dyno's in the 500's...with similar fueling as yours.

 

I don't really know how much the FASS added actual HP numbers to mine, but at least you will eliminate the Lift Pump as being a restriction of any kind.

 

I agree with RamWheels, and you can make your lift pump last longer, and the CP3 will have all the fuel it wants

 

Let me clarify...

I could not dyno any higher than 450 hp no matter what settings TST/MP-8
where on with the stock lift pump. I was able to dyno 100 hp more after the fuel shortage @ the cp3 was eliminated with a "pusher pump". I use a the Holley Blue/Scotty Smart combo.
