Has anyone had their stock navigation head unit (RB4) malfunction. Mine will not load info from the navigation discs and when it plays music cd's it just runs the running time of the songs but nothing comes out of the speakers. The satellite and am/fm work normally. Is there a reset or does anyone know where to get these repaired?

 

you can get a new one off eBay, but other than that, not many options out there

 

I figured out that I had put a mp3 in it and it played for a few days but then stopped. These radios are not mp3 compatable. I tried to reset the radio by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes but no luck. I also tried a lense cleaner. Any other suggestions out there. Maybe a reset or service center?

 

Mine craped out dealer ordered me a new one.
