I found the fabtech 4.5" kit with dirt logic shocks for 1460 shipped and I might get it. does anyone have these shocks or have a picture of a truck with them on it? how do they perform?

Note: There are a few types of Dirt-Logic shocks, make sure you get the 2.25 or above.

 

I hear the shock construction is sub par and the valving needs help.

 

I have no experience w/ fabtech, but I was considering it as my choice for my 04 2500 CTD. I ended up going with the skyjacker based on all the research I did. Just heard some quality issues about fabtech, such as what ptgarcia has noted already ^. All in all, I am very happy with my skyjacker lift, clears my 35's perfectly, and has a great ride. I beat this thing down some nasty roads, trails and worse, and it just eats up everything I throw at it. Something that a sagging fabtech lift may not have handled for long, from what I had read. Just my 2 cents. Good luck on which ever system you go with, but maybe take a look at skyjacker before you make your purchase. I would say take a look at my pics, but I have yet get any of it! Soon though.

 

I am running the 2.25 reservoirs. I absolutely love them. I wouldn't mind running a double set-up on the front with the amount of weight I have over them, but as a single they are a great shock especially for the money!
