Question Extra fuel line to cut rail press. delivery in half.

is it ATS, someone sells this kit, a nother fuel line going from cp3 to rail good idea, just wished i could see one done to understand were it comes off the pump and even more, were and how it ties in the rail, would be great if it replaced the relief valve as this part is so expensive if it goes bad , any one know?

Yep, and it's working great on my truck. I have no problems w/ fuel psi in the rail w/ a Smarty beta and Quad Race(25000-26500psi) stacked. Some say they don't work or that they cause turbulence. Who really knows for sure, who has before and after dyno results?

What valve is 770.00? The II dual line kit is easy to install and it does do away w/ the PRV. The dual line kit is around 260.00, it's pretty easy to install if you don't loose the little check ball in the CP3 and if you can tighten the fittings up REAL tight.

local dealer said the relief valve was 770.00 thats why it got removed and welded up in reinstalled, thats why i was wondering if this kit did away with it , so many people thought it was a bad idea incase press. got to high be ovously this company that makes this dual line kit enginered it, thinking the r.v. was not needed also. see what im saying, wheres the check valve at, thought it would be 2 fittings and a lenght of hose.

No relief valve is a big no-no. I lost 18hp with one on my truck. Just get a modded cp3 much bigger bang for the buck. Trust me... They have come a long way with modded pumps. Think volume of fuel not pressure.

You lost 18hp by installing a dual feed line? It takes volume at a certain pressure not just volume.

i wouldnt see how you couldnt get more volume with 2 supply lines going to the rail, the part that gets me is losing the expensive relief valve if we can get buy without it.

Stock cp3 can only can make so much volume at a certain pressure. There are tons of trucks making over 700hp with out dual feed line. Modded cp3 is the way to go.If you don't belive me buy a dualfeed line run heavy electrocnics and take to a dyno. Then take dual line off and dyno again. That was my expeirence and also a friend in texas who builds pumps/cp3's

i do not dought was your saying if youve tested it, was press. does the relief start to bypass. ive ask this question before and no one will answer,if you have a rail gauge and it does blow off you should know where and when. have you ever priced a relief valve?

Your syntax, grammar, punctuation and spelling are somewhat confusing - if you rephrase the question I believe we can answer it.
