There's two ways to go with them... either a Tial mounted on your ex manifold or the Engineered Diesel model that uses a spacer between the turbo and the ex manifold. That ED is really trick but costs a fortune! The Tial takes a lot more work to install. With your existing 16cm/ss housing, you won't need as big a bypass as most others would. If you are going this route, this is a chance to swap for the 13cm/ss housing, get some spool and drivability back and select the appropriate wastegate.
Whoever you get it from should be able to help out on the install. The ED one is pretty straightforward. With either you're gonna need someone handy with a welder and/or fab skills.
