Exhaust sound
Hey Guys,
Well I got tired of the wife naggin
me about fixin the exhaust on the daully.
So I went out and chopped the exhaust from the end of the down tube all the way to the tail pipe and welded in a 6' long pc of 4" pipe. I was surprised that the down tube is only 3.5" I thought it would have been 4". Any how she still wasn't happy, she said it's still to quite! It really doesn't sound bad but it isn't anything like my 24V truck. I was wondering how does the 5" systems sound as compared to say a 4" system.
Not that I want it any louder, but she wants her 05 louder. Hers is straight piped as well.
