If you're talking to me, it's 4" under the truck through the bed and into a 3"X5" steel manifold, then two 5" pipes up with resonators......Ben

Fordzilla that is a awesome truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now to the stack question, this may sounds stupid, but I went from 5 to 6 inch stacks when I had mine, the 6 inch didn't drone as bad going down the road....

Okay nclark, heres the deal. Unless your gonna exceed 450 HP you don't need anymore bigger exhaust pipe than 4 inches, 5 looks cool, but thats about it... Your turbo ecspecially if it a 04 305/555 series has lots of back/drive pressure!!! the exhaust wheel is ITTY BITTY!

Thanks for the props...There is no drone with mine, I'm pretty sure the manifold (3X5 rectangular steel tubing) negates that possibility......Ben

Hey Nick (nclark04),

Fill in your signature so everyone knows you have a '04.5, and any other vital goodies you want us to know about your truck.

country boy--- so i shouldn't be doing dual five inch stacks? i should do 3-3.5 instead? then cover with five inch tips? but i am planning on getting my tranny rebuilt, getting a chip, bigger turbo and also my injectors and cold air, but that all in do time, so i was doing the exhaust first, you think it's bad?
