2 weeks ago i modded my fca. the truck ran fine after doing it and then the next day the truck started fine when i pulled out on the road the truck would surge if i push the throttle a little to fast and once it warms up truck runs great. the fca was is great working order when i put it back together. could this be a regulator problem? fuel pressure at pump is around 27lbs at idle and 20 wot. does anyone have any idea what would cause this.

no you probably need to polish the fca its more thn likley hanging in the bore

 

what is the best way to polish the fca i used 220 grit sand paper is that to rough ?????

 

not sure but i used 320 then 600 grit and its good
