My edge keeps reseting itself to were I have to reprogram all of my settings. I checked the power wire to the fuse and it's tight with a good connection. Has anyone else had this issue?

 

Yes, it has happen to me 3 times over the last 6 months. I called Edge support the other day and they said it is a problem with the monitor software. They gave me instructions to send the monitor to their Ogden headquarters to have new software downloaded or reflashed or whatever the right term is. They told me to leave module hooked up that it would default to level 2 without the monitor.

 

had the same issues sent it to them and they sent me a whole new chip box and all, even gave me a new harness and probe sweet. Its working well now.

 

I have had my edge with attitue for about a year with no problems at all well at least for me no problems maybe some for thoughs who try to follow me.

 

my brother had the same problem w/his but he drives a 2004 F150 anyways they had him send it back and know that they sent him a new one everythings fine
