Edge Juice/Attitude Questions

I'm about to purchase one of these from a fellow DTR member but I have a couple of questions first.

1) How do you guys like the Juice/Attitude combo? This combo I am buying is the hot version. The guy has already paid to have it unlocked.
2) Is there any mileage gain from it?
3) Does it have lots of timing rattle?
4) Will I need a boost fooler or does it have this feature built in?

Any opinions/advice is needed. I've already went the programmer route and it has screwed some things in my ECM so I really don't want to got that route again. I've already paid for it once; don't really want to do it again.

Thanks in advance......

No mileage gain. No timing rattle. It already does boost fooling. It may run hot on your '06. Make sure you keep an eye on the egts.

I'm not planning on anything more than the Hot Juice/Attitude so I think an II SPS 62/14 and maybe some water will cool things down enough to run it. What do you think about that? I'm planning on purchasing those two items along with some tranny work real soon as well.

I was also going to mention that my truck has always seemed to run cooler than some of the other '06 models. With the Triple Dog (or Diablo for that matter) on the performance settings (100 hp) I wouldn't get above 1350° hardly ever. Only when climbing a very steep grade for a long time.

i would suggest a pressure box stacked with the juice that will put you right up around 500-525hp that 62/14 would be perfect for it and if you want you could do a set of 50 or 90 hp injectors with that 62 and still not have egt problems. i don't really see where you need the water unless your are getting high egt's once you install like 90 hp injectors

The turbo is a for sure deal whenever I get the extra money. As for the water injection, I don't really want to add it but I was saying that I will if I have to. Injectors are a possibility down the road, but not now.

As for a pressure box, I have an Edge EZ laying around that I used on my truck a while back. I would imagine that it'll go on with the Juice/Attitude.

I have the hot version and as others said - no mileage increase or little if there is one, no additional timing rattle, and the turbo would be absolutely all you need to keep egt's in check. Worry more about shredding the trans...and don't forget the fuel system upgrade. If you have to wait to get the turbo or trans, just dont run the higher settings..In any case you'll love it. I really like the cold engine protection feature.
