The EZ problem is the fuel press plug wires. The little grommet inside the plug on one of the wires can come loose and have intermiten contact to the ICP causing the erratic engine surging. I had this problem a while back. As for it doing this at highway speeds Im not sure if they are related?

i called ez/edge yesturday and they were aware of the problem and ask me the date and the code on mine ...they said i had one of the problem models and glady would sent another...i hope to recieve it early next week.... i will let ya know...

I got my new replacement today. Built 9-4-04. Got it back on including boost elbow. It doesnt seem as powerful as my previous ez it was built 5-04. Havent had a lot of time to test it. I do hope it fixed the problem.
