Does the Edge EZ add pressure to a 07 5.9L?

No, Juice works primarily on duration and some timing...they are a good stack if that is what you're getting at

No I don't want to stack. I had a Juice/ Attitude on my 06 and loved it but the EZ is cheaper but if it increases fuel pressure I guess I'll pay the increase in money and get another Juice.
