You need more fuel. I put down 525 and 996 with my SO 03 5 speed. Mods at the time were AEM, straight pipe, SB66, TST, PPE Xcelerator, and a South Bend FE....that's IT...stock lift pump, stock injection pump. I never got a chance to bump up the tst a bit higher and dyno it again after the FASS and Stg 3 pump before it got totaled last month..... btw my runs were on a dynojet 248.

How much boost were you getting? Mine was over 50lbs....

I was seeing 45 psi boost, I think im gunna try Smarty and a PPE Hot Xcelerator.

What rpm did that 45 peak at? Did it hang over 40lbs for a while, or did it peg 45 for a split second and go back down quickly? Mine would peg 55, then drop down quickly to about 50 and slowly go back down through the upper 40's....

Just to clarify some things.. When you add a box or programmer to an 03 ctd it dosent matter if it is an ho or an so. You will end up with the same HP in the end.

Nick those numbers are definately low for what you have.. next time you in gp we will have a look at that.. something wrong for sure... I would have put money for you to be right around the 525 mark.... there was another fellow last feb at the dyno day with the diablo, and the puck,, stock turbo etc... hit 505 twice on a mustang. I am pretty sure it is just a programming issue,, we will get er figured out for ya before the next dyno day.

I know when im on pavement I max out at 55psi, on the dyno I saw 45psi then it fell to 40 psi and hung around there.

But Im sure when im in gp me and kevin will get it figured out.

First time I ran @BD I made 434.

64/12, Edge juice, Flux 2's and a stage 2 pump....

I was bummed, however that was the number and I moved forward from there.
