What size are you adjusting it too? I have mine adjusted at 39".. I believe Don told me when I first bought his bar. To adjust to these setting, 2"= 38", 3"= 39"....... Never had a problem w/ hitting my coil bucket w/ 39" adju... when my suspension cycles.

Aaron, I asked Kersten to take photos of your truck when we saw the axle sunday. He has them!!!

James, Don told me 39 1/16" which is where mine is at... close enough at 39" though!

Is trussing your axle worth all of that work? Might be better off putting a Dana 60 up front for the added strength. You would also get the added benefit of lockout hubs and more serviceable parts.

Ya the reason my track bar is way off is because when I had everything powdercoated I was not the one that reinstalled it. So it was installed too long. I will be getting out there today and put it to 39" long which is what Don recommended, it should work real nice then.

Rootercycles, honestly it was worth it to truss the axle, considering I have seen and heard of trucks bending them with little effort. As far as going to a 60 I didnt consider it too much because I really didnt know what kind of complications I would run in to. It would probably run about the same money in the end but I do know trussing a 60 is cheaper than an AAM for some reason.

This is great news! I've been following the locker situation for some time and have only heard of the ARB and Eaton (which req's grinding).

Where did you buy the PW locker? Price? thanks!

I got it from justdifferentials.com. It ran about $650 plus a few bucks for replacement bearings etc for the install.

Thanks Mega07, Does this including the wiring and switch? If not, did you get it from the dealer?
