It seems to work great on D-maxes but im not sure 95% of us can justify spending that kind of $$$ when we can can have all the fuel we will ever need with a stage 2 or stage 3 pump.

Only time will tell but as of now most of us have no need for it.

Maybe once we start to see 220hp injectors, EFI live and larger fuel rails, and still draining stage 3 cp3.....

Other alternatives

I'd say wait a bit for the ATS and Relentless versions and pricing for comparisons.

It would be nice for vendors to publish a price with and without the extra cp3.

I read a stage 2 floor it pump is better than duals that the dmax's use. Plus a cp3.4 flows 230% more than stock. That tells me that two cp3's still won't outflow that bad boy. Unless they are 2 modded cp3's..hmmmm

Well my question is if a modded cp3 will support over 800 hp, then why would a guy need two? Seems kinda like a waste of money to me.

maddog madden-
from what I read about the PPE, you have your stock cp3, and then a belt driven cp3 feeding the other cp3, to keep up the pressure

i understand that, the question im asking is if a modded cp3 from floor it or II will support over 800hp they say then what is adding another one gonna do? Is it worth the extra money for a dual cp3 setup?

Thats the $million$ dollar question (or $4000 question!)

The CP3's share the duty/demand. They are independent of each other.
The feed lines feed into one at the standard rail location.

I know $4000 is a lot of money compared to a $1700 modifed cp3 with the dual feed line kit. Especially if you dont need it.

by the size of the pully on the top cp3 in the picture it seems as though the cp3 pump would spin alot slower than the stock one. the pully is almost twice as large as the gear drive on the stocker
