You're going to get mixed answers on this one. Some say it helps and others say it doesn't and still others say it hurts. I only know of one test personally and he lost 13hp. That could just be some inconsistency in the pulls, but it for sure didn't add any power. That was on a 700hp truck by the way.

Take this with a grain of salt mind you - the reason I have dual lines is that I have dual CP3s to match.
I researched this one pretty thoroughly, and came to the conclusion that it was a useless mod on my truck as a stand alone deal early on.

Don't mean to burst your bubble, but if you're looking for bang for the buck, the torque tube isn't it. You will not see a power improvement for your money. I would say a lift pump. That way you know you are getting enough fuel to feed larry.
Just do a tq conv and vb now, then do the rest later.
