My dad has a 05 regular cab DRW 3500 that doesn't seem to be burning the fuel or something. It has a stage 3 cp3,200hp inj,dual feed line,arp studs,bd twin turbos, afe intake, smarty on 4.04, and ram x power chip. The truck runs good, pretty darn quik. But when you give it half throttle it blows a good bit of smoke and gets a movin, but when you floor it it seems like all it is doing is not burning the fuel. When you turn up the x power a little bit you notice some horsepower, but when you turn it all the way up it just blows more smoke and seems to slow down a bit. I told him I think he needs to be pushing more air. So I was thinking of one of those P71 under the BD top turbo would workout good. If you can help let me know, it is greatly appreciated.

 

All you guys on here that are cummmins geniuses(I think thats right) cant help a brother out.lol. If anyone has a clue on what to do I and my father would really appreciate it. Thanks.

 

Sounds like he needs more air like you say.

 

Thats what I was thinking but I didn't want him to go buy a bigger bottom turbo and it not be it you know.
