We have quite a few Dodge dealers that install our brake over the Jacobs. We are priced better and have better performance.

Otherwise it has worked really well. I pull a 16k lbs fifth wheel and it keeps the speed in check. There isn't any big rig sound because it vents through the exhaust.
when your pump goes south your dealers gonna take $900 (750+labor)of your hard earned money, for a $90 part (cummins) and a few minutes to install.

Whichever exhaust brake you go with, keep in mind that if you want to upgrade your turbo, especially with twins, a turbo mounted brake will [most likely] not fit. Get an inline exhaust brake to start off.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to go to an inline brake when I upgrade my turbo. Others here have gone through the same problem.

I know that whatever exhaust brake I get, it'll be better than nothing while towing. I just keep mine on all the time unless it gets really slick on the roads.
