Do Power Wagons have the 9.25 & 11.5 axle combo?

Do Power Wagons have the 9.25 & 11.5 axle combo?
I would like to put a locker on my 06 2500, and was wondering if I could use the power wagon locker for the front. Does anyone know what axle they use? And any other aftermarket lockers that would work? Thanks
