did Free Bully Dog Download today...wow!

i got the 555tq motor (2004) with a FIPK, and a straight pipe.

did the Tow mode download, supposed to be ~50hp
last 6 key cycles, or 3 days, and then erase itself.

man, i gotta get a box...it puffs a big cloud on initial stomp from a stop, and rips off the line.
the Turbo spools right up.

that's impressive.
i was really set on NOT getting a box, but dang....that's too much easy power.

how long has other folks lasted?
can the dealer tell it was in there?

http://inlinediesel.com/multimedia/
he said this guy had "trim his stacks to get the soot to flow and hang over the tonneau" in this video:

Don't know if the dealer can see it, quite possible but they still have to prove it broke something. If you liked the tow program you'll love the other 4 programs that make a real differance. Check the classified section I think someone may have a used Triple Dog for sale. Hint.

I'm guessing the TC is yours, I'd stick with the Ram too! Looks like it should sell, quite a few bids already! Good luck.

Find a Bully Dog dealer and they'll download a temporary program. It's their "try it before you buy it" program. Takes 10 minutes. BD's web site explains it.

the free trial I believe sets your ECM to the Tow/economy mode which is a 50-70 HP gain depending on other mods. You will absolutely feel the difference. It's likely that in the Tow/eco mode that only timing and duration are affected.

you CAN definitely feel it, he said it was the lowest setting, the tow mode,
probably due to legality & breakage on other settings.

it shoots a nice ball of soot out.

the guy did mine is a BD dealer in Jax, Fla, Internal Engine parts, he's a "Power Lurker" on here.

Are you in Jax? I had mine done at American Bedliners on Phillips Hwy...it's almost strictly a Dodge aftermarket parts place. The owner is a Dodge fanatic and has a nicely built Hemi 4x4. It was nice to find a shop biased towards Dodge.
