Just got off the phone with tech support. Told the guy I had an 05 Dodge w/ CumminsTurboDiesel. His response was, "Is that the 7.3liter?"...
Strike one...

I tell him no it's the 5.9 Cummins in a Dodge. Very long pause.
"Hello", I say... "Yes what can I help you with?"
Strike two

"Are you familiar with the Predator on the 5.9?", I ask...
Pause.... "Yes".
Too late cause now I'm worried.
Anyhow, I ask him about the new updates (version 19) and the fact that mine is running fine, and should I install the new update because I don't want to screw with a good thing.
Long pause... (I'm even more worried).." Oh yes, most definitely install that update!", he said with an imperitive tone.
I asked "why?"... and he really couldn't give me an answer. I wanted to know if it was a safety concern. He said it wasn't, but they are told to tell everyone to update most definitely.
I'm still scratchin' my head...
Big company like that should have someone on the phone who knows the product more in depth... Makes me appreciate people like Quad and his workers even more...

I had the opposite dealings with them. They helped me out and were very quick about it. Different day- different tech I guess

Well I installed the revision19 into the Predator. Tomorrow I'll see if I can notice a difference.
