DDS stabilizer is also a good idea. To tie things together.

Oh I have been through it many a time. Ive only been to the track that one time. With my new truck. No problem that day. I asked to have the caster set to max the last time it was alligned .
Sometimes with my 96 doing 60 on a highway , Hit a bump & hello. You almost have to stop to make it stop .
Not a pleasant feeling!!

its only happened twice, both at the track, dont understand why, as soon as i crossed the end traps, got off the gas hit the brakes, and felt it coming, 2 saves so far there wont be a third.

what is the mfg response. i was out of warrantee changed the shock and never had another problem on my 05. so i didn't take it to the dealer. my truck had about 50k on it. used it for another 11k without problems. sorry it didn't work for you. i was pulling my 14k trailer loaded with my 10+k track loader at 75mph when it hit the first time. i was all over the road. thought I was going to loose it; used the manual on the trailer brake to help straighten me out. happened twice more had to order the shock. once installed the problem stopped. in NM the speed limit with a trailer is 75mph on the highway.

from what i am reading on the forums i was lucky.

XlR8R...aka,Lazarsmith...aka,Mike Lazar from Dallas sells a couple different things to help this. A sector shaft stabilizer, a zero deflection bushing for the tracbar and a high psi hardware set fixed my death wobble. I mean gone gone. I had it in my 05' and my 07' until i added these parts. Mike is a super guy and can explain all of this. BOSSHOGG has the exact same set up as me and had the death wobble worse. We did tires and steering stabilizers and messed with our camber and still had the probs especially BOSSHOGG at the track at real high speeds. This stuff from mike at lazarsmith fixed us right up. By the way its called Lazarsmith and not lazersmith cause his last name is Lazar. His handle is XLR8R
