Dear Santa/New performance box needed

Dear Santa,

Just a wish for a new or improved box.

How about a TST/Edge/Banks/BulluDog DL that had one or two more setting(s) - ECONOMY

Something like:
1. Stock
2. Economy (empty)
3. Economy (light towing)
3. Towing
4. Performance
5. Kill
6. Over Kill

With fuel costs being what they are and no improvement expected, it's about time for a dedicated setting for best possible MPG while empty and towing light!

Someone PLEASE make this product!!

I have been a very good boy this year
(well sort of, ok not really )
Allen

P.S. Affordable would be nice.

Since mileage seems to be the goal here you should start with the air in and out. Scotty RA3, TAG-III, Banks cat back exhaust, gauges and Banks Six-Gun. Also the mileage reflash from Dodge if you haven't already gotten it.

I already have the 4" from cat back without muffler. Have the stuff to make a fullflow tube from the airfilter housing to the turbo (Thanks for the info AKram).

Really want the Scotty III and the TAG sounds good but....a bunch of cash to try it. If it works it would be great but just don't know....

Had the flash done, but no sticker placed by the dealer and no MPG change. Did they do it???? I have been getting 16.5 - 17.5 driving 75 - 78 mph and same around town.

I want a box and am leaning to the Bully Dog downloader but would love to be able to select a max MPG mode for empty hwy and the drive to work. The hotrodder in me wants a high performance mode so I can "rotate " the tires at will

As for the TAG has anyone used one and checked MPG and or dyno results? It would be important that the MPG/dyno results not be combined with other changes. occuring at the same time.

Thanks
Allen

16.5-17.5 at 75-78mph is good. Slow down to 70 and you'll be amazed at the difference. Running 75 in mine, I would get maybe 330 out of 3/4 tank. Running 70, I've gotten almost 400 out of 3/4 tank. Same station, same amount of additive, same route, same driving style.

I tried 70 and it netted .4 better mpg (17.2) than steady at 75-78 (16.8). I get best mileage around town (as high as 17.8 one time) My 16.5 was running at 80. My friend has a hopped-up 12 valve that gets up to 19 empty and he is not easy on it. (14.10 @ 107 1/4 mile at 5000 ft elv, and yes I looked at the time slip, and that's after pulling his 10K race trailer and 10.30 Nova to the strip 110 miles away)

I guess I am just wishing for more.
