Sorry it took me so long to reply. My latch is on the inside. The kit reuses the factory latch and mounts it on the inside of the tailgate. The tech said it was super easy and took him all of 15 minutes. The key is then blending the metal plate into the tailgate and painting it when you are done.

The rear bumper is a Road Armor and Shane said and you should get them from the Dually Stop. I bought my bumper in "raw" form and then painted it to match the truck.
