I got one for the same survey and ended up installing it on the bottom of my back glass of the Jason camper shell I have. An interesting trick is wet the windshield on a cool day or evening with lots of soapy water or Windex then you can slide it around as you wish. You will need a couple of helpers, teenage kids are great for this, and once you get it position have them hold it steady. Using a squeegee with a long handle work all the liquid out from under the backing tape. Let dry a few extra minutes and pull the backing tape off.
After the job is finished pile the kids in the P/U and go cruising by their friend's house. Of course they may have to call their friends so they can watch you drive by, but then they have something to yak about with their friends. No beer, no pizza, CHEAP!!!!

I cut mine and put it on in three sections on the top of the windshield.

I cut the CUMMINS part off and put it on my bugshield... already have a custom decal on my windshield.

There are a couple pics of mine in my gallery. Put it on this weekend with Gerry, took us about 30 min (i think) only because we made sure it was the same distance all the way across the front. Ended up centering it really well. Gerry like it so much that he went and did the survey so he can get one also.

I agree. THANKS GENO'S. I placed mine on the top of the windshield. It did take some cutting and triming but I think it came out great. Bonus part is that from the inside, you can not see it at all. It is placed right in the top section where there is some type of screening from the factory. So police around here can not give me any grief due to blocking my view.

You can barely make mine out in the gallery under my 'New Tires' picture. Guess I need to update the pictures a little.

I decided to put mine on the bottom of the rear glass. I'm planning on getting a custom "Real Trucks Rattle" decal for the top of the rear, so the "Cummins" decal made sense.

Looks pretty good there..I probably would have put mine there but I have a slider.
