I have the BDPP, and I thought I remembered seeing people having a crazy larry program on their 04 305/555 engines? Does bully dog have a crazy larry program for my truck?

Dang, I called and they dont offer it to you anymore! Why the heck is that? They said they used to put it on, and now they wont! That is BS!

I had also heard on this site that you could trade in your BDPP +$100 and upgrade to the Tripple dog, nope!!!

I guess Im stuck with this thing with no where to go, but trade it in for something bigger!

 

Dude it's a 03-04 dont expect as much in programming for it as the 04.5+

I have just excepted the fact that we're electronically challanged.

If it was possable to get more out of our 03-04 Marco would of done it instead of the 40HP less as in the Smarty.

Its a fact that the top HP 3rd gens are 03-04 but it takes alot to get there as its fairly easy to get 600HP out of a 04.5+

I've now seeked therapy and have excepted the fact that my truck will not be the king of anything since its a 03 6-speed. I'm just glad its trouble free and has ABS.

If it bothers you too much you could always do what alot of 03-04 owners are doing and sell it and get a 04.5+ with a built auto rule

 

There are several powerful TST programs for the 03-04 that are stackable with other boxes, injectors, and other things you can do..

Im pretty sure I do remeber seeing and talking with people who had the program, you just cant get it anymore!

I wonder why though?

 

You can download the crazy larry program into you a triple dog, but when you install it on a 555 engine it is just an extreme,, not crazy larry,, and it sucks too,, didnt like it at all

I had a Crazy Larry Power Pup at least a year ago on my 04.5, FYI.

 

yes on a 04.5 you can,, but not on the earlier models

Are you sure they just said that about putting it on the Power Pup? I thought the program was only applicable to the Triple Dog. (I have been known to be wrong)

 

I don't recall the Power Pup coming with the Crazy Larry for the 2003 or 2004 models. That was available on the 2004.5 and newwer trucks, which have nearly twice the computor codes and more to manipulate.

Best bet - Sell it, order a TST and stack it with either an Edge EZ or a TS MP8 and it will flat smoke the Power Pup or Triple Dog. And you can tune it for your use, no making 3 different programs work.
