I reworked my FCA only. No problems. The low end power is great. Boost come on alot earlier & quicker. I also noticed my boost sits at 7psi at 70mph where before it would be 3-5psi. I'm checking to see if this help my mpgs any. If not it'll be up for sale.

There is really nothing I could measure (like comparing before/after on a dyno) to tell me anything definitive. For most regular driving I saw no difference at all. The only difference I saw was on WOT runs. More smoke, faster spool, higher spool and power seemed to stay on longer meaning I was probably draining the rails before. This is all in conjunction with the lift pump upgrade too.

BTW-- + shipping? You didn't get it from the dealier then? Where did you source it?

on the inside I used finest burr tool for the dremel I could get. On outside I used polishing wheel and compound and cleaned thoroughly afterward.

its where the fuel comes into the cp3...by enlarging it and one other thing its basically a DIY stage 1 mod.

I wouldn't term that as such. My stage 1 cp3 is much more extensive than elarging the passages of the fca.

Also, I was told just doing the fca gains very minimal. You need to modify the rotor housing to allow it to move enough fuel through the now modded fca.
