Computer codes with Predator

I have a Predator programmer, when I load the Performance tune, it causes the Brake light and ABS light to come on and stay on continuously-not the 2 minutes they expect. If I look at the codes through the programmer, it shows something like "computer program missing" or something to that effect. It stays that way if I put the stock program back, but if I load the tow program, it will work fine, with that tune or back to stock once again.
The tech person I spoke to at DiabloSport said I just got a brake problem coincidentally with loading the program, he thinks there's nothing wrong with the programmer or code it is loading. I don't think that is the case.
Has anyone else had any issues like this, or had any help from Diablo? If you have a name of a good tech there, I would appreciate it.
thanks

I had that problem with my bullydog before. but never with the predator, when it used to do it on the bd I would just program it to stock, cycle the key 3 times (checking codes) then start the truck, turn it off, and then reinstall, usually worked

had the same problem tex,try this, return to stock then disconnect the batteries and turn on the headlights(this is to drain the system totally)let the truck sit for about ten minutes, turn the lights off and hook the batteries back up then reflash to whatever setting you want.this worked for me and I have not had the problem since even after reflashes, let us know if that fixes it
