My Dad and I finally built a console for the Commander. Took a piece of plastic container some plywood and foam and vinyle.

 

I have got to figure something out for mine. It will not stick to anything on the dash because of the curve. I really don't want to mount it on the steering column. I am hoping Quad will come up with a pillar mount for it in the near future. Would you happen to have any pictures of the mount you made?

 

I probably won't have pictures until next week. 1 more project and a wash will be done this week before any pictures are taken. The mount stuck fine on the left side of my dash. I think Quad does have an A-piller mount in the works. What I did was make a gauge pod big enough to fit it and mounted it with velcro. Most of the material we used was stuff we already had on hand, the plastic cover that makes the shape of it was the only thing I had to go buy.
