what is suppose to happen when you hit one of your limits?

when I throttle the truck hard, my screen shows "RPM OFF"... what does this mean?

I just imagined that when I hit a warning, that the offending parameter would blink or somthing.

It should flash the parameter that you hit/set. Like if the pyro is set @ 1400, then when you hit 1400 the egt will become enlarged& it will be the only thing on the screen and it will be flashing. Mine has never said 'RPM off' & I have violated more than 1 parameter!!!!!!!!! HTH

 

yeah, thats what i was thinking should happen. Mine would just say rpm on top and off in the center.

Nothing I've ever seen on mine! Doesn't sound quite right. Either quad will chime in, or call them on Monday. Typically if egt gets too high, it will flash the egt temp on the middle of the screen and the screen will alternate from dark to light. I was not aware that the commander would monitor RPM........
