Been running the Quadzilla Standard for about 6 months, no problems - this morning my CEL came on, I checked codes and found P0191 (Generic Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance), P0192 (Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Low), and P0193 (Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor High). The truck runs fine with the Quad off and on all three settings, no smoke, and no rattle indicating spiked pressure. I read a post from Quad that stated 4-5 starts with moving the truck about ten feet should clear the CEL - tried it, no joy. Any ideas? TIA....

 

My advice would be to call Jeremy @ 1-888-842-6572 at Quadzilla Performance, he can help you with any issue you may have and explain what might be the cause. Not to mention you get to talk to one of those pretty girls that answer the phone out there

 

had the same trouble while towing after about 6 months, got the p0191. Unplugged the box, dealer cleared the code, ran the pressure numbers and said all was within spec. Just a fluke, never happened again. And the truck did run just fine after setting the code.

 

mine has done this twice and twice i have taken it to the dealers to have it erased
