Cleaning the Rad,Transcooler,ect,ect

I don't know what you all do to clean off the Rad,Intercooler,Oil cooler and trans cooler, the book says just to spray water though them to get dirt and bugs out but I was washing the truck today and decided to try some Purple Power on them,I use a 1/2 Gal garden sprayer(easyer on your hand to use)let it sit for about 5-6 mins and man did the dirt wash off, musta sprayed water though them for 5 mins before it started running clean.

Have no idea if PP will hurt it but I don't see how,did clean them right up though!

Pav, that is exactly where mine came from.
I had new windows put on the house and kept a couple of the frames.
Cut them down to fit and put in new screen material.

I just attached some plastic screen to mine with tie wraps. It works great. The bugs fall right off when you tap the screen or spray it with the hose.
