Cleaning banks ram air intake filter?
How do I clean it? Is it an oiled filter? Non oiled? Can I wash it with soap and water? The one on my truck is pretty disqusting, and obviously not performing at it's peak performance.

I just use a K&N renewal kit on mine.
Yes it is oiled.
