2007 2500. Just installed the shift master, and upon start up the check engine light came on. The code says throttle valve circuit low. Of course the place is closed so I cannot call and ask them questions. I followed the directions, double and triple checked the connections that I've made. Any ideas as to what is causing the code?

 

Did you let it idle for a little while and run it through the gears?

 

I have same thing installed on my 07. I had that code pop up once and all it was a loose connection on bottom where it was secured and that connection got wet. I rechecked connections and re-set code and no issues since.

 

it wouldnt shift out of first gear, and the codes would not clear. I checked the connections and re did them twice. Ended up just taking it back off, and putting it back stock.

 

Been thinking of this mod for awhile. Other than the O.P how do the others feel about this mod? Does it work as advertised?
