CFM + Intake
I've had mine for well over a year now. It has seen close to 50psi with no problems, and I did notice better low end spoolup and better egts when cooling down and cruising. IMO yes it is worth the money.
Here is a photo of the Hellman. I guess it is comperable, the hole can only be so big with the given bolt pattern. I friction factor will vary depending on the smoothness. Somewhere I saw some test results comparing the different intakes, does anyone know where I can find the test results?

I can only assume the GDP must have been worse then stock or close since they would NOT post flow results for it????
the link above was for flow testing not dyno testing.....
