Centerforce clutch anyone?

I see a lot of comments about South Bend clutches and some about Volair, what experience have you had with Centerforce clutch set-up? Good or bad? Thanks.

I had one in my 95 ford. It held up well for over 100K miles turning 40" tires, & a LOT of four wheelin. That was a long time ago tho.

The Centerforce hat is a Valeo with weights added. I use one on my street track car, and I really like it. The disc is their design. It works well, is smooth, with medium pedal effort. Very durable, too. I usually get 3 years out of a clutch set.

But, the weights only work as the rpm's rise. Not many rpm's on a diesel, so not sure how that would work.

For a high torque at low RPM's and on top of that a turbo application, They will not last long at all. Got one in my 1975 Datsun 280z Turbo. Wish I would have never bought it and got an ACT setup.
