Can you take turbo off fast with leaving manifold on or do u need to remove manifold? Are there 2 hard bolts to get or just 1? what size wrenches?

Pull the whole thing. Turbo manifold and all, its is way easier. Having another pair of hands is a big plus too!

IIRC they are 15mm heads... two are bolts that will require coming from underneath and use a long extension. Two are nuts that use an open end from the top. You don't have to take off the manifold... but can make it easier to take off turbo. Be sure to let them soak in Break Free or equivalent overnight. If stuck, none are easy.

There is one bolt on the back that is a a sob... other than that you can pull one in about 30 minutes....

The stock turbo is easy to put on and take off. You could do it in 30-45 minutes. It's the aftermarket units that are such a pain if you don't want to pull the manifold.....

Next time I pull my turbo, I'm gonna have to pull the manifold cause I'm going with compounds... hopefully soon...
