you need to fill out your sig and tell us how you use the truck. there are many different grinds for as many different uses and generations.

Most will also say to go with a new cam vs a re-grind....

I love the big stick I got from Hamilton . I tow heavy loads all the time. It has great top end power when I am not hooked up to my trailer . It is a great all around cam. It is one of their older grinds. Good luck on choosing cam.

I have a colt cam and really like it.

There are several common grinds sold by more than one company. The grind you run comes down to the intended use.

twins wise im thinking either bds r1000 kit or ii racing twins bds would probably spool better but dont know if it would have enough top end compared to the ii set
bd uses 64 and 82.2
ii uses 66 and big brother

I am testing out a new Hamilton Cam. The 178/208. I will let you know how it does when I get it installed. It is going to be Thanksgiving weekend as long as the weather is good. The truck hangs out the garage...LOL

Talk to Hamilton about some of their new big cams, and talk to Colt. Both of them have some more recent big turbo cams, that may or may not require fly-cut pistons.
