So i ran the BDTD today and i like the power and all but i got the Check gauges light with the tow/econ setting on, i look in the manual and it says that there may be a potential "engine control problem"
so i unloaded the TD and the light went away, anyone else ever get this with the BDTD?
is this something to worry about??

Well, Did you check codes? Was it the check engine light or the ABS and Brake light? Let us know!

so i was confused as to why the light came on

 

When I was reinstalling my Bullydog and I had my truck running when it said just to turn it to the run position but not start, everytime I clicked on something on the Bullydog my ABS light would come on for a second. It's not exactly what you had, but it's somewhat close. Unless it comes on without the Bullydog and you don't have any codes I wouldn't worry about it.

 

I've seen it happen on more than one truck, with other programmers. It turned off after a few min of driving and never had any problems.
