Bully Dog Install gone bad - Help!!!

Installed a Bully Dog Triple Dog Power Pup. Install went ok. Tried starting it and would run briefly at low RPM then stall. Did this 3 times then it wouldn't start at all. Followed the limited instructions for resetting it back to stock. That didn't work either. Now I get a message that says there is a VIN mismatch. BD website no help. Any suggestions - PLEASE?

sounds like a rail sensor disconnected or faulty or something in the rail sensor circuit?

Well I spoke with Tech Support at BD. We updated the software in my programmer (was 2.2.7, now 2.5.0), and reloaded it with the factory settings for my truck. I will run the recovery mode tonight when I get home (after church) and hopefully my truck will start. I will probably wait until this weekend to reload the program so I don't have to leave my wife stranded again. I'll let you know how it all works out.

My goal here is to do a comparison between this unit and the Flashpaq that a buddy of mine has ('05 with similar equipement). If the BD is comparible I will probably buy it, if not I'll start shopping for a Flashpaq. Anyone have any input, preferences?

The recovery install worked. The truck fired right up. I'll attempt to upload the programmer again tonight. I'll let you know how that goes.
