I just downloaded a new tune to my triple dog. I went from the 2.2.7 crazy larry tune to the 2.4.3 tune and do not like it. The 2.2.7 smoked more and felt like it had alot more power. We I load the 2.4.3 it says Extreme on the top setting but when you select it it says you have sleceted crazy larry so what is it? I am gonna try to download the scarry larry tune tomorrow and see if I lke it better. If people are comparing this 2.4.3 tune to the smarty there is no chance. I feel like I am driving a whole different truck.

 

once you load the 2.4 programs you are not supposed to be able to go back to the older racing programs. A few people know how to get around this security feature.

yeah, call bully and have them email the program you like in a zip file. May take awhile there costumer support is not top notch, like others here. I was unable to download anything from there server, so I have them emailed, been waiting for my new program or costumer support for a while, so don't hold your breath

Theres a couple people on this site that has some of the older versions saved and can email them to you.Im sure they will chime in and get you all fixed up.

 

bullydog can no way email you any crazy larry files.If anyone asks buddy for that program he sends them too............................................... .........................






























ME I know how to get around the security stuff and have most of the older programs saved

 

I do have the scarry larry program saved to my computer. Can I just hook the bully dog up to the usb port and go from there or do I have to do something so that it will take the older download. If anybody has a better program then the 2.2.7 scarry larry program and knows how to get around this 2.4.3 crap please pm me so I can give you my e mail. My truck almost feels stock.

I have the 2.2.7 CL and to the way to Beat the system. Just pm me and Ill try to help. My 2.4.1 or whatever defueled at 3200 and fell flat on it's face. 2.2.7 is way better IMO

 

Is there a better program out there than the 2.2.7 Scarry Larry? Or do I still have the best program that BD makes?

 

I thought the pediafile larry was the best. Still haven't had a chance to run either but I will try to do it this weekend. I had the crazy larry 2.2.7 on my truck first was that really scarry larry?

 

Those mega sled pulling files you gave me do you know what version they are and what thier names our? Also do they only work on an 06? I see it says on it extreme timing but I really don't want to try it because to much timing is very bad. Trying to figure out which one would be best for my truck. I wish you could get rid of the perfromance and tow economy mode and load three different tunes. I just don't want to load it unload oad it un load it etc.... If somebody could give me some experience. WHich tune Scarry Larry 2.2.7, pediafile 2.4.pl, or the mega_sled_pulling file??

 

... once you install one of the CL programs can a person go back to the 2.4.1 I have now?
