Boost Questions?
DC is going back to aluminum endcaps due to extreme warranty on plastic versions.
Good example of a bad cost savings idea that got ramrodded through by the accountants. Spend $1 to save a nickel.
We have a machined piece of Aluminum with a barbed fitting in it that attaches to the compressor inlet of the turbocharger. Attach a pressure gauge and pump it up with the air compressor. If the pressure drops off, you have a leak.

I guess I will try to find someone here in S. CA that can pressure test it. Maybe even ask Dodge to do it. I will find out tommorow and post and let you know if DC can and will test it for me.

If dodge cannot test it in the vehicle, then I will give that a shot. It would seem like they would need to be able to test the integrity of the system as a diagnostic tool.
