Boost Problem Guys and Gals
i already know that and i'm trying. Thanks alot, DENVERDODGEEarly 04 dodge 2500

You may be hitting the roof as far as fueling goes, you may need to upgrade your fuel system since fuel makes boost. You may also have a boost leak somewhere. My 03 will hit 28 lbs. with my SMARTY on #7 with a stock turbo with factory boost elbow.

Check for boost leaks and know that the Banks isn't a heavy fueler. I couldn't get much boost out of it either. The Smarty however got me 35psi max on the stocker. You do not want to exceed 35psi, I would aim for 30psi and be happy.
I'm using the pda as gauges, and i'v heard you could easily get a stock turbo into the high 30's low 40's safely, not true though?
Yo DENVERDODGE!
You now what response is coming next?...
Get a freakin' Smarty PoD...
With your FASS and tranny, and the infinite adjustability...you will need many more mods before you outgrow it

I figured you guys would say that. Thats why i made a note about it above, i was leaning more towards tst powermax, pro/cons over smarty?
The PDA is reading the MAP for pressure reference... if there is any sort of fooling or remapping involved with the Banks your boost# probably aren't accurate. The stock turbo is blowing really hot after 30-32 psi. 04.5 and newer trucks are in the high 30s safely.
