Bluetooth OBDII Tool for Smart Phone w/2003 CTD?

Does anyone know of a bluetooth (wireless) OBDII scan tool that is compatible with a 2003 Dodge 3500 CTD? I want to use the Torque app on my smart phone to monitor engine functions. I ordered a ELM 327 Ebay unit that works great on my car, but it will not communicate with the ol' Dodge.

Any info or history on this issue would be most welcome - Thanks in advance for your response!!

Doh.....operator error.......mine is working. It's a Vgate Scan in case anyone is wondering. Now I have to start playing with it. I am going to use Torque Scan to see what PIDs I can get from the ECM.

I have looked into this a little and OBDPro states that they have a smartswitch that will work. The only thing it will not show is duration.

Thanks for the info. I did look at that, but I don't know if I need something that elaborate. I was looking to use my smartphone as a gauge package, rather than cluttering up my dash. There's little room the way it is, and the 'decent' gauges aren't cheap...or should I say 'cheap enough'...

Quality gauges will be much more reliable than "smartphone app". I have both.

Something else on your phone to potentially distract you while driving. I'd much prefer to have an Edge Insight hooked up to monitor the vitals.

I run torque on my Galaxy S4 with the Elm and it works fine for the parameters available. I wish I could add other inputs to it since my 06 does not have EGT or trans temp. I am working on other alternatives but so far all of them are complicated and expensive. I purchased a DashDaq with works fine with the basic 27 OBD pids but nothing else. If I get anything great I will let everyone know.
