Which Billet apply lever? 5.1, 3.8...

Trying to finish up ordering parts for my tranny project... I am stuck on which apply lever I am suppose to use... I see a lot of companies sell a 5.1 ratio lever, and then saw that Goerend has a 3.8 lever... Which lever should I be using? The new front band is a carbon fiber, on a transgo shift kit..

I have searched high and low and can't seem to find a good answer about the correct lever ratio...

I would run the 3.8. 5.0 or higher will bind.

Thanks man, I am surprised after all those views NO one chimed in... I was leaning towards the 3.8 because while it allows less force but it will be faster to apply and release.. maybe not as much force but the boosted line pressure and upgraded band should make easy work for the new lever... I will call Goerend tomorrow and order the new lever...

I have seen and heard some horror stories about binding and broken bands with guys using the 5.0 lever and I am told that the lower ratio will be easier to "play with/adjust" if needed...

Thanks again...
