I just got done installing my BHAF and I must say this thing is nice. It fits really well and my turbo just sings to me....What a sweet sound!!!

I had a AIRRAID kit with their MIT. I reused the MIT and reused my stock elbows except for I added a 4" ABS 90* elbow to make the turn into the BHAF, other than the ABS pipe it looks cool. I will be ordering a outerwears cover on Monday.

I must say that this was way cheaper than the AIRRAID system and sounds much better. Also no more oiling problems, and the WOW factor is great..Pop the hood and, "WHAT THE *#@& IS THAT????

 

How is the filter held down or fastened?

 

If you pull the stock air box assembly out the filter fits snugly in the hole the box left. Then the 4" ABS elbow slides right over the air filter inlet very tightly. I might add a large band clamp to hold the filter in place but it is tight by itself. I will try to take pics tomorrow and post them....
